I took this course thinking the certification would actually mean something and help me stand out, but that really hasn’t been my experience. Most people I talked to didn’t seem to care about it much, which was disappointing. it felt more like I paid for a badge than earned something that proves real project skills. Maybe it helps for certain roles, but I wouldn’t count on it as a strong credential.

The trainer definitely knew their stuff, which I appreciated!! But overall, the live class felt a little flat at times and could’ve used more energy or interaction to keep things interesting.

The course was okay overall, but it felt way too expensive for what was included. The materials were basic, and for the amount I paid, I expected a lot more support. I also didn’t love having to keep asking the same things or explain what I needed more than once. At that price, it should’ve felt a lot smoother.

I get that enrollment can be a process, and I’m not trying to be difficult, but the booking took way too long. The steps were confusing, and I felt like I had to figure out too much on my own

I tried the self-paced PRINCE2 course and, it wasn’t a great fit for me. The material felt dry and there was way too much reading, so I found it hard to stay engaged. When I got stuck, the support didn’t really help much either — it kind of felt like they made it my problem instead of actually trying to guide me through it. For what I paid, I expected a much better experience.

I used the practice exams on prince2.com before taking my test, they did help a lot. The questions were close to the real exam style, and most of the answer explanations made sense. That said, some sections felt a little repetitive, almost like they were added to make the practice set look bigger, and a few explanations could’ve definitely been clearer. Still, it was useful prep overall, so I’d give it 4 stars.

I had a frustrating experience with prince2.com. The communication just wasn’t very clear, and I kept having to double-check things on my own because the answers I got didn’t really explain much. Some of the emails felt vague, almost like they were avoiding giving a straight answer, which made me wonder if certain details were being left out on purpose. Maybe it’s easier if you already know how the whole process works, but for me it was confusing and took way more time than it should have.

I finished the course and still had a question afterward, so I reached out to support. They got back to me quickly and basically said, “No worries, we can help you with that,” which was nice to hear. They walked me through what I needed and got it sorted without making it complicated.

I booked my PRINCE2 exam on Prince2.com and, it was straightforward. The available slots were easy to see, and the confirmation came through quickly. The only thing was... changing the time took a few more clicks than I expected, but overall it was fine

I picked up a few useful things from the course, so it wasn’t a waste or anything!!! But some parts felt a little thin... like I kept expecting more detail and it just didn’t quite get there?? Overall, it was fine, just not as in-depth as I’d hoped!!!

The site does work, but it was more frustrating than I expected. The pages load fine, but the menus is kind of confusing, and I kept clicking around in circles just trying to find the course info. The checkout part wasn’t super clear either. It’s not awful or anything, it just feels clunky and not very easy to use

I had a basic question about my account and somehow waited days just to get a generic reply that barely helped. Like, how is this okay when you're paying this much? I ended up having to follow up again before it actually got sorted. Not the worst experience ever, but I definitely expected better support for the price.

I don’t even know what to say at this point. The whole cancellation and refund process has just felt really frustrating, and I’m still sitting here with no refund. Not a good experience at all.
